back on track guys. I have vacations and I’m back home. Started again today with my Metabolic power diet.. first week is gonna be hard. but worth it. when I return to university in april I’ll be at least 5kg lighter- for sure.
that’s me now. I’ve lost 33lbs. I’m proud of myself. still there is some weight to lose and I didn’t reach my goal yet but I’m on a good way. I’m becoming more self-confident every day. It’s a good thing to lose weight, be healthy and fit, for real! :)
